In his role as Chief Design Officer, Andrew is responsible for overseeing design direction across the practice. He is committed to achieving excellence and believes that architecture can positively transform people’s lives.

Andrew has a depth of experience in design and management of complex projects. His abilities cover all project phases including feasibility, masterplanning, client liaison, conceptual design and detailed documentation.

His drive for design excellence has been reflected in an award winning, competition recognised portfolio of significant work. To each project Andrew brings creative design solutions, client and user engagement, inspiring problem solving, management of complex projects, and clear team leadership.

Andrew's design expertise is in a wide range of typologies including Urban Design, Civic and Cultural, Educational, Institutional, Church and Social. He leads design thinking and dialogue within our practice, ensuring that each design solution is unique and contextual and inspiring.

Andrew is industry recognised through design awards, design juror participation, regular conference speaking, and involvement in the Practice of Architecture Committee at the Australian Institute of Architects
