Trevor provides technical input to our architectural teams regarding BCA, Fire Safety, Access and ESD regulations. As NBRS' Process Improvement Lead, Trevor develops creative partnerships with the architectural studios within our multi-disciplinary practice, helping to realise considered design solutions.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Trevor has expansive knowledge of current building construction techniques and building regulations. He has developed an understanding of engineering issues relating to building thermal performance and the application of computational fluid dynamics analysis to the building design and assessment process.
By continually improving the way NBRS integrates ESD principles, Trevor ensures that energy use is minimized, implementing strategies such as natural ventilation, natural daylight and recycled materials. He is an Accredited Professional in Green Star Assessment under the Green Building Council of Australia.
The seamless integration of design and functionality is Trevor’s main focus. By developing strategies that flow through the design process, he is able to assist with the creation of architecture that improves the lives of its users and stands the test of time.
