A dynamic 21st-century learning environment that creates an “implicit curriculum” using a permeable Active Core with Studio, Project, Breakout and Social pods, plus Outdoor learning, to place students and teachers at the heart of learning.
Insight
Traditional classrooms prescribe use and limit interaction. MODUPOD reframes space as a three-dimensional textbook, where subtle spatial cues invite collaboration and critical thinking. Clusters are organised around an Active Core that supports five standard learning modes, moving learning beyond the classroom into a seamless, multi-modal environment.

Flexibility is the “hardware” of reconfigurable built form. Adaptability is the “software” of fixtures and furnishings that enable real-time response to learning needs.
Transferable and climate-ready
Transportable, bolt-together steel components support longevity and reuse. Optioned materiality delivers light, ventilation, solar control and cultural fit across climates and contexts.
360° sustainability and rapid uplift
Strategies include solar screens, high-performance glazing, cross-ventilation via breezeways, clerestories for daylight, PV integration, green walls, modular cores that minimise shipping, recyclable panels and telescopic legs for fast installation with minimal site works.
